Along with the house fire that was reported yesterday in Green township, Indiana County first responders had a busy day on Friday and into this morning as well.
A gas leak was reported on Riverdale Street in Blairsville Borough at 9:14 yesterday morning, which prompted a response from Blairsville and Black Lick fire departments.
Indiana Fire Association was called out twice yesterday. The first was at 9:51 AM for an automatic fire alarm activation on East Pike Road in White Township. That brought out companies two and three. Companies four and one were dispatched for another automatic fire alarm activation, this time on Saltsburg Avenue at 9:07 PM.
And early this morning, a vehicle accident was reported on Thompson Road in Black Lick Township. Black Lick, Blairsville and Aultman firefighters were dispatched at 12:26 AM along with Mutual Aid ambulance to the scene. No information has been released on this crash.
