No one was injured in a structure fire this morning in Green Township.
Indiana County 911 summoned the Commodore, Clymer, Cherry Tree, and Hope Fire Departments and Citizens’ Ambulance to a home along Cypress Road in Commodore around 7:03 AM. James Hopkins with the Commodore Fire Department said the fire started in a bedroom inside the home and crews are investigating the cause.
Hopkins said the home is “not liveable” and the residents are talking with investigators. The cause of the fire is still unknown and additional details are forthcoming.
