The Indiana School District is notifying students and parents about some pest remediation efforts that will happen this week.
The pest inspection and pesticide application is scheduled for Thursday between 3 and 4 PM at a room at the Indiana Senior High School. The treatment will be done by Environmental Pest Management of Indiana, according to a notification sent to the district community.
This comes about a month after the district treated several rooms at the high school for bedbugs after two students were found with them. On that occasion, parents were not notified of the treatment until after it happened.
