An Clymer man charged in connection with an incident in late September in Indiana is due in Indiana County District Court today.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled this morning for 21-year-old Skyler Andrew Mogle. Indiana Borough Police say that he threatened someone with a gun around 2:38 in the morning in the 400 block of Pratt Drive. A vehicle associated with the incident was found on Locust Street and pulled it over. Mogle was in the car at the time, along with the gun allegedly used in the incident.
He has been in jail since his arrest as he was unable to post $5000 bail.
