Among the preliminary hearings scheduled for today in Indiana County’s District Court is one for a man charged in a domestic incident in May.
Court documents show that 36-year-old Jeremy Scott Lentz of Johnstown is charged with simple assault and harassment for the incident on May 30th. Indiana Borough Police say that he allegedly assaulted another man at a home in the 100 block of South 6th Street. Bail was set at $20,000 during his preliminary arraignment hearing on May 31st. This will mark the third attempt at a preliminary hearing in this case.
