A bond modification hearing is scheduled today for a man accused of asking for and sending sexually explicit images to a person he believed was a 15-year-old girl.
Court Documents say 42-year-old Jeremy Garlena is charged with Unlawful Contact with a minor-sexual offenses, two counts of criminal communication with a minor for sexual abuse and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor for incidents in June of 2024. Authorities say he requested sexually explicit photos of someone he believed was a 15-year-old “girl” who turned out to be an undercover detective. He also reportedly sent nude images of himself and made a sexual relationship arrangement with the “girl”. He was arrested in July of 2025.
He has been free on $150,000 bond since August of last year. He is due for criminal call hearing on October 2nd.
