Homer-Center crushed Ferndale by 58 strokes at Berkely Hills in Johnstown. Reece Coy led the way with a one-over 35, a season-best for the Wildcats. He needed just seventeen putts and had two birdies. Ty Steffey fired a 38, Jordy Arone a 39, Aiden Darr a 40,m and Cole Sorb Will Farabaugh shot 46. After the match the Wildcats took a ride on the historic Johnstown Inclined Plane, which reopened yesterday for the first time in six years after a renovation project.
Indiana lost to Greensburg Salem by ten strokes at Hannastown. Chace Force led the Indians with a 38, Ryan Bell shot 39, Beau Raykes 40, and Will Steve and Joey Mains 45.
The Indiana girls lost by seventeen to Plum at the Indiana Country Club. Angelina Donatelli’s 57 led the Indians, with Ava McCombie shooting 64, Gracie Reed 65, and Lyla Pangonis at 66.

Cambria Heights scored six goals in the first half and went on to beat West Shamokin, 9-2. For the Highlanders, Nate Conaway scored four goals and assisted on another by Carter Bradley. Ty McConnell scored twice. For the Wolves, Andrew Kruzmanich had both goals.

The Indiana junior high football team won its first game yesterday, beating South Allegheny, 38-22. Michael Carnovale scored three touchdowns, on runs of 12, 5, and 69 yards. Ben Steve scored on runs of 31 and 8 yards. Tommy Spadafora, Rodney Allen, and Carnovale all scored extra points. On defense, Jacee Powell had an interception.
