The measles count continues to grow across Pennsylvania.
Right now, Indiana County has 10 cases of measles reported this year so far. Jefferson has 24; Cambria Westmoreland and Armstrong have one apiece and Clearfield has 12 confirmed cases according to the PA Department of Health. This is part of the outbreak of measles first seen in Lancaster County, with 246 cases reported this year. The next highest was Mifflin county with 57.
A total of 577 cases have been reported this year. 115 new cases were filed in the last seven days. 98 have been hospitalized and two measles-associated deaths have been reported.
