Move-in weekend continues today for first-year and transfer students at IUP. About 900 arrived yesterday and 800 more are expected today between 9 AM and 2 PM. They report to the KCAC where IUP’s navigators and staffers guide them through the check-in process.
New Student Welcome Week activities today will include the required Residence Life Floor Meetings at each residence hall.
The rest of the IUP student body is expected to arrive next Saturday and Sunday, with classes set to begin on August 24th.
IUP President Dr. Michael Driscoll’s annual welcoming speech to kick off the new academic year is on Friday at Fisher Auditorium.
