For the third straight night, the Altoona Curve fell to the Akron Rubber Ducks, this time by a score of 4-2.
In his third start of the season for Altoona, Nick Dombkowski allowed two runs on three hits and a walk in the 4th inning after a strong start over the first three innings. Murf Grey’s 20-game on-base streak came to an end as he was 0-4 on the day.
The series continues tonight with Connor Oliver starting for the Curve.
