The White Township Planning Commission gave conditional approval on the final site plan for the Priority First Federal Credit Union.
The site is located at 1480 Indian Springs Road and was used in the past by Heatherbrae. Township manager Chris Anderson says that final approval is conditional upon the storm water plan and HOP.
The commission also gave approval for the final site plan for Homer City Generation at 800 Ramsey Run Road. That site will be used as storage for dam equipment and will not utilize any water or sewage.
A third site plan for The Cartesian Company and Park Group Construction was tabled. Anderson says this is due to little preliminary information about what the site will hold, as well as a lot of concern from the public.
