The Blairsville Borough Police Department is reminding drivers about road closures and parking restrictions for this Saturday’s Knotweed Festival.
The festival begins with a parade at 10 a.m., with starting points along Grandview Avenue and Bentley Drive. East and West Market Streets will be closed during the parade, with no parking allowed until it ends.
Several other streets will be closed through the end of the festival, including portions of West Market, South Water, West Brown, South Liberty and North Liberty Streets.
There will also be no parking along West Market Street between Spring and Water Streets, and a restricted area above Kelly Park for the festival fireworks.
Police say vehicles violating the parking restrictions will be towed.
