A Boggs Township man is facing more than 5,500 criminal charges after police say he repeatedly raped a teenage girl over several years.
According to WJAC news the victim reported in May that 37-year-old Nicholas Spencer had sent her sexual messages beginning when she was 12 years old. Investigators say the girl later told them during a forensic interview that Spencer allegedly assaulted her nearly every day over multiple years.
Spencer is charged with felony counts including rape and sexual assault and is being held in the Clearfield County Jail without bail.
