Morning cloud cover slowed the development of storms today, but initiation is underway across the Laurel Highlands.
Storms may expand west, though unlikely reaching eastern OH, and could produce localized instances of flash flooding and gusty wind.
The most likely time for rain in Indiana County appears to be between 7 pm and 8 pm.
