Showers and storms are starting over eastern OH and will continue to spread into PA and WV through the rest of the afternoon and evening. Heavy downpours and dangerous lightning are the main threats, though can’t rule out gusty winds in stronger storms. For Indiana County, storms appear to be most likely in the 8 to 9 pm hour.
