A formal arraignment hearing is scheduled today for a Blairsville man charged in connection with a stabbing in May.
Court documents show 27-year-old Blaze Alexander Mendicino is due for today’s hearing in front of County Judge Gina Force. He is charged with attempted aggravated assault with severe bodily injury, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for the stabbing May 18th in the 200 block of Morewood Avenue for an altercation. When they got there, they found the victim had a stab wound to his left arm along with a cut on his left hand.
He has been in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail since his arrest.
