A Little Debbie delivery driver who worked a route in Washington County is accused of running a snack time scam.
Officials with the City of Washington Police Department launched an investigation after they were contacted by authorities in Jefferson County, Ohio about 39-year-old James Powell. Investigators believe Powell created over 13-thousand dollars in fake orders from stores on his route last year before selling the snacks for cash at various flea markets.
Powell faces multiple criminal counts, including forgery and theft by deception.
