A 69-year-old Penfield woman was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash on Route 28 in Armstrong County.
Pennsylvania State Police say Janice G. Gross was driving a 2016 Jeep northbound in North Buffalo Township when she failed to maintain her lane, crossed the median, struck a guide rail and then a ditch.
Gross, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment.
Kittanning Hose Company No. 6 assisted at the scene.
