Eighteen-year-olds in Pennsylvania aren’t registering to vote.
According to a new study from The Civics Center, just 22-percent of 18-year-olds in the Commonwealth have completed their voter registration. That’s the lowest rate in the country.
Oregon has the highest rate in the U.S, with 86-percent of 18-year-olds registered to vote.
