A Westmoreland County man who recently pleaded guilty to charges in connection with a deadly vehicle accident failed to appear for sentencing on Friday.
Earl Gilbert IV of Scottdale pleaded guilty last month to a charge of homicide by vehicle in the 2021 death of Brandalyn Pomaibo. Pomaibo died after a 2021 crash in East Huntingdon.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Gilbert.
