A Punxsutawney man is facing multiple charges after authorities alleged he sold opioid medication and a handgun during an undercover investigation.
According to the courier Express, Punxsutawney Borough Police and the Jefferson County Drug Task Force charged 43-year-old Todd L. Jones with felony drug delivery, criminal use of a communication facility and related offenses after investigators said he exchanged 10 buprenorphine (Suboxone) strips and a .38-caliber revolver with a confidential informant for $450. Jones was arraigned Sunday, and bail was set at $50,000.
Charges are allegations, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
