At a meeting Tuesday night, the White Township Planning Commission tabled final site plans for an RV park on Lucerne Road.
The Cartesian Company and Park Group site would host between 130 to 140 units to house workers for the Homer City power plant project. Code Enforcement officer Jonathan Major said there are still some things that need to be done before the final approval is granted.
The plan was tabled until the issues can be resolved.
Also, a final site plan for a new Priority First Federal Credit Union on Indian Springs Road was considered. The plans asked for several modification requests including a change in the setback requirements, and they did not show landscape buffering which is required. The commission asked them to resubmit plans that would fit the township’s code.
