At Monday night’s meeting, the Indiana School Board and administration honored the two district students instrumental in saving the life of a boy at Mack Park Pool.
Superintendent Rob Heinrich presented certificates to Alex Gillham and Faith Goncher for their work in saving the life of Parker Brocious last month after he got into trouble in the pool. Brocious’ Mother, Emily, was grateful for their actions.
Parker was also presented with a certificate for having the courage to go back to the pool and swim again after his harrowing ordeal.
