The Indiana 13U All-Stars rallied in the bottom of the seventh to tie their game with Hollidaysburg at 4-4, then after falling behind in the eighth, they rallied again, scoring two in the bottom of the inning for a 6-5 walk-off win and clinching their series to move on to the State Championship rounds starting on Monday in Greencastle, Franklin County.
Cash Jackson hit a game-tying RBI single in the seventh, then Otto Stewart singled in the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth after Brody Cortazzo’s sacrifice fly scored the tying run.
Cole Burda threw six-and-a-third innings for Indiana and Isaac Fenton got the win in relief. Burda led Indiana with two hits, and Gavin Hudak drew two of Indiana’s six walks. Indiana also stole eleven bases in the game.
