Slow moving showers and thunderstorms this afternoon will bring a renewed flood risk to portions of the region. These showers and storms will slowly move north through early afternoon, slow, stall and then move back southwards this evening and overnight. Flood concerns are elevated across areas south of I-70 but especially in portions of northern WV that saw heavy rain last night.
