AMERICANS EXPECTED TO SPEND BILLIONS ON FOURTH OF JULY

Americans are expected to spend big this Fourth of July.

The National Retail Federation predicts that nine-point-four-billion-dollars will be spent on just food alone for Fourth of July cookouts. That averages more than 94-dollars per-person in food items.

The NRF says about 44-percent of Americans will also spend money on fireworks.
