A Carrolltown woman pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in Indiana County Court on Monday.
According to District Attorney Robert Manzi, 36-year-old Lacy Kuzilla admitted to selling narcotics to an undercover detective on June 27th of last year. The operation was a joint effort between the Indiana and Cambria County drug taskforces, as well as the FBI Safe Streets Task Force. After information was recovered, Kuzilla sold officials just under 4 grams of methamphetamine during the controlled buy.
Her sentencing is scheduled for August 31st.
