Many government offices, banks, post offices, financial markets and PennDOT driver license and photo centers will be closed tomorrow in observance of the Juneteenth federal holiday.
Regular U.S. Postal Service mail delivery will be suspended, while most major retailers, grocery stores and private businesses are expected to remain open, though hours may vary by location.
PennDOT says many services, including driver and vehicle transactions, remain available online through its website.
