A 31-year-old Punxsutawney man is facing charges after police allege he trespassed onto a Marion Avenue property and climbed onto a lower roof to speak to a child through a window shortly after midnight on May 24.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com is reporting, Brett Michael Neal is charged with misdemeanor loitering and prowling at nighttime and summary defiant trespass. Police said the resident had previously told Neal he was not permitted on the property and ordered him to leave after finding him outside the child’s window.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 22 before a Jefferson County district judge.
