After acquiring forward Oliver Okuliar over the weekend, the Penguins have signed the restricted free agent to a one-year, two-way contract that carries an $850,000 salary cap hit.
Okuliar played in the Swedish Hockey League last year and scored 15 goals with 14 assists in 46 games. He also played for Slovakia in the Olympics, with a goal and an assist, and in the IIHF World Championships last month, with two goals and three assists in seven games.
