DROUGHT CONDITIONS IMPROVING ACROSS WESTERN PA THIS WEEK

Drought conditions across Western Pennsylvania are improving this week.  The latest update from the U.S. Drought monitor released on Thursday shows no drought conditions anywhere in the Indiana county and the surrounding areas.  About 30-percent of the state, located in southeastern portions of the state, are seeing abnormally dry, moderate and severe drought conditions.
