IUP golf coach Dan Braun has announced his 2026 recruiting class, and it includes a Heritage Conference and District 6 champion, West Shamokin’s Alex Talmadge. The class also includes three WPIAL standouts…Laurel’s Eli Bintrim, South Fayette’s Sam Bishop, and Fox Chapel’s David DiGregory.
“We are excited to welcome these four talented, hard-working young men to the IUP men’s golf program,” Braun said. “Each of them has the traits necessary to transition into the culture built by our current student-athletes and those who have preceded them.”
IUP men’s golf boasts a PSAC-record 32 conference championships. The 2025-26 season was a record 29th straight regional appearance for IUP.
