Charges are being filed against a Greensburg woman after a young child in her care ingested half of a marijuana gummy candy.
Police say — in a January incident — Sarah Murray ate half of a marijuana gummy and left the other half on a nightstand where the four-year-old later got ahold of it and ate it. The boy was later found unresponsive and ended up hospitalized for days.
Murray faces charges including child endangerment.
