A woman is facing charges after police found over 50 pigs at a home in Rostraver Township this week.
A public nuisance count has been filed against Wendi Kraemer, the owner of the residence on Adams Drive. Authorities say the Kraemer was operating an animal sanctuary at the property when the pigs were discovered on Tuesday, with some of them even inside her home.
Officials initially went to the property to serve a search warrant over a rat infestation that had begun to impact surrounding homes.
