An issue with a clothes dryer is being blamed for a fire at a home in Derry Township last night.
Emergency crews were called to the scene in the 300 block of Pittsburgh Street shortly before 8:30 p.m. WPXI-TV reports there was severe charring on the front of the house.
Officials say a woman who was inside and her dog were able to get to safety.
