A post-conviction relief act hearing is scheduled today for one of the suspects in the shooting at the Carriage House apartments in 2020.
The hearing is for 25-year-old Isaiah Moore of Johnstown, who is currently serving a sentence of 17 to 34 years in prison for a charge of third-degree murder in the killing of Jadeyn Wright. In October of 2020, Moore was in a group of people that went to Wright’s apartment to purchase marijuana which resulted in the shooting.
During a jury trial, Terrion Gates was found guilty of second-degree murder, robbery to inflict serious injuries and conspiracy and was ordered to serve life in prison with an additional 12 years for the other two charges. Delmar Chatman pleaded guilty to robbery-inflicting serious injury and ordered to serve up to 15 years in prison.
