Celebrations throughout this holiday weekend may be marred with some rain in the area.
AccuWeather is predicting more precipitation throughout the day today and into tonight, with today’s temperatures not going above 55 degrees. The cold temps and rain have forced the Westsylvania Jazz and Blues Festival to move all events planned for Philadelphia Street to the Indiana Mall, with the same schedule being followed. Any after-hours events will still be held at the regularly scheduled venues.
Tomorrow and Monday may be the better days for celebrations as temperatures are expected in the 70s for both days, but still a strong chance of rain. The rain will break off just in time to return to work on Tuesday.
