In honor of next week’s Scripps National Spelling Bee, a new study is revealing the most misspelled word in Pennsylvania.
The company Word Unscrambler used Google search data to determine the most misspelled word in each state. In Pennsylvania, “maintenance” is the most misspelled word this year. Nationally, the top five misspelled words are bougie, favorite, through, business, and tomorrow.
The Scripps National Spelling Bee will take place next Tuesday through Thursday in Washington, DC.
