A man accused of assaulting two people with a baseball bat in Westmoreland County is pleading guilty to charges.
The attack happened in October of last year in the parking lot of a GetGo station in Salem Township. Police say that Reno Roberts punched the victims before grabbing a baseball bat from the trunk of a vehicle and hitting them with it.
Roberts has pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and been sentenced to up to 23 months in jail.
