The Jimmy Stewart Museum honored three of its supporters at a gala event Wednesday night.
The George Bailey Awards were handed out to the director of the upcoming theatrical release “Jimmy”, Aaron Burns along with Jimmy’s Daughter and the film’s executive producer Kelly Stewart-Harcort along with InFirst Bank for their support to the museum.

Burns said that the award meant a lot to him as it represented a key moment in Stewart’s life.

Stewart-Harcourt was very touched with the honor and with her father’s legacy to continue for many years.

Accepting for InFirst Bank was President and CEO Tim Kronenwetter, who said that helping the museum was a part of how they are committed to the community.
The event was part of a full day to honor Jimmy Stewart’s birthday and the release of the new trailer for the movie “Jimmy” which stars KJ Apa. Apa was present earlier in the day for an event concerning the movie and to meet fans.
