The high school baseball and softball playoffs continue today, and there are a number of games involving local teams, three of them on our Renda Media network, including Indiana High’s WPIAL baseball game.
Indiana is the number one seed in the WPIAL Quad-A baseball bracket, and the Indians today have a tough test in Knoch, which despite being the eighth seed, is a challenge, having split two games with Indiana in the regular season. Indiana won the first game, 2-1 on April 21st at Knoch. The Knights won the next day at Indiana, 1-0.
The winner plays the winner of tonight’s game between Derry and Hampton. Today’s game is at Gateway High School and we will have it on Renda Digital TV at 3:45.
The other Renda Media games today are Homer-Center at Saint Joseph in the District 6 Class A playoffs, on WCCS at 3:45 PM, and another D6 Class A game, with northern Cambria hosting Conemaugh Valley, on Renda Digital TV at 4:15.
