WOMEN’S TENNIS
Three IUP women’s tennis players have earned ITA Atlantic Region honors after the Crimson Hawks won their sixth straight Regional pod championship last weekend to advance to the Division II national tournament.
Freshman Charliz Tabili is the Atlantic Region Rookie of the Year. Sophomore Asel Calbay earned the Atlantic Region Most Improved honor for the 2026 spring season. And number one singles player Lea von Kozierowski was named the ITA Atlantic Region Player to Watch entering her senior season.
TRACK & FIELD
IUP sophomore jumper Matthew Cusatis won U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honors for his standout outdoor season in the triple jump.
WOMEN’S LACROSSE
IUP senior defender Rachel Knight earned second-team All-Region honors from the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association. Knight finished her career ranked second in program history in caused turnovers and was a four-time All-PSAC selection.
ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT
IUP Athletics also announced that starting July 1st, it will partner with adidas and BSN Sports in a multi-year contract for uniforms, apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment for its more than 400 student-athletes and coaches.
