CLOSING ARGUMENTS COULD BEGIN TODAY IN TRIAL OF WOMAN ACCUSED OF KILLING ADOPTED SON

Closing arguments could begin today in the Westmoreland County trial of Lauren Maloberti.

Maloberti is Delmont woman charged — along with her husband — in the 2023 death of her adopted son. The husband — Jacob Maloberti — testified against his wife on Monday and Tuesday.

Jacob Maloberti will face trial at a later date.
