A plane made an emergency landing yesterday at Jimmy Stewart Airport.
The call was reported by Indiana County 911 as a standby call for Indiana Fire Association at 4:43 PM. Fire officials said that the pilot reported engine trouble while inbound towards the airport and requested an emergency landing. The pilot was able to safely land the aircraft without incident and the fire department’s response was cancelled.
No injuries were reported.
