Police in Indiana Borough have charged an Indiana woman with stalking and harassment.
Charges were filed against 26-year-old Charity McCachren after an incident in the 700 block of Oak Street on May 8th. Police said the victim reported that he was repeatedly followed and harassed by McCachren over a course of five months. Charges were filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s Office.
