First responders in Indiana Borough were called out early Sunday morning for a crash in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue.
Indiana Borough Police said in a post on its Facebook page that the crash was reported at 2:55 AM. The car took on moderate to severe front-end damage. Indiana fire officials also reported that the car hit a utility pole. Citizen’s Ambulance was also on scene to provide assistance.
The driver had minor injuries and police believe that person was under the influence of alcohol at the time. Charges are pending lab results. The suspect’s name has not been released.
