Jurors are continuing to hear testimony in the trial of Lauren Maloberti.
Maloberti is charged Westmoreland County in the death of her adopted five-year-old son. On Friday, a prosecution witness testified that about two weeks after the death of Landon Maloberti, her ten-year-old nephew told her that he had witnessed the defendant striking the victim with a frying pan.
Prosecutors say that incident was just an example of some of the abuse suffered by the five-year-old.
