The U.S. Attorney’s office last week announced the sentencing of an Avonmore man for producing and possessing material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Federal Judge Stephanie L. Haines sentenced 55-year-old Kenneth Bee to 35 years in prison, followed by supervised release for life. Bee produced images of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct over a period of several years, and in and around September of 2022, he had in his possession images of prepubescent children engaged in similar conduct.
The case was prosecuted with the cooperation of the state police, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Indiana County District Attorney’s office, as part of the Justice Department’s Project Safe Childhood.
