Charges are being filed against a Tarentum man accused of a man police say was the victim of a January assault.
The victim — a man in his 70s — was reportedly assaulted at Mogie’s Irish Pub in Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County. Two reported members of the Pagans motorcycle gang are charged in the incident. Prosecutors say that Joshua Drum – believed to be another gang member — has since made attempts to intimidate the victim.
Drum is being held on a three-hundred-thousand-dollar bond.
