An Indiana man is set to appear in court today for a motions hearing in connection with an assault case.
Court documents show that 40-year-old Shane Allen Plummer of Johnstown will go before judge Micheal T. Clark on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age for incidents that date back to August of 2013.
State troopers say he sexually abused the victim, who was five at the time the assaults started, on as many as 20 occasions during a six-year period, from 2013 to 2019. He has been in state prison since his arrest.
